Welcome to the University of South Australia Gamers Association (UniSAGA).
UniSAGA is one of many clubs and societies that operate within the University of South Australia in affiliation with UniLife. We exist to promote, develop and control gaming within the University and to co-operate with other organizations, within the city of Adelaide and surrounding suburbs, which have similar objectives.
Our aim is to provide a friendly, civil and social environment for gamers of any gender, race and form of gaming. We run weekly gaming sessions every Friday afternoon from 4pm until 8pm and attendance each week, although encouraged, is optional. Our gaming sessions are a great way to relieve stress, meet new people and make friends.
Activities played at UniSAGA include, but are not limited to:
Classic Board Games
Classic Card Games
Collectable Card Games
Console Videogames
Handheld Console Games
Miniature War Games
Network PC Games
Role-playing Games
Membership is FREE and open to anyone 15 years of age or older; this includes people that are not studying at UniSA. Optionally, UniLife Premium Membership is available for an annual fee of $20. UniLife Premium Members are entitled to special discounts from both UniLife and UniSAGA's affiliated organizations and events.
The University provides the club with the facility, furniture and a projector; the individual members supply all other equipment. We do not require each member to bring their own equipment as we encourage sharing but we advise them to at least bring something in on occasion.
